Norman Barrientos
Owner, CEO
Norman Barrientos brings 29 years of architectural design experience focusing on programming, master planning, building design and sustainability. Norman specializes in the building types of: higher education, industrial, corporate, multi-family housing and public facilities. As a LEED Accredited Professional, he also has expertise in analyzing opportunities for new and existing buildings to embrace green technologies and practices. Norman spends much of time being involved with and serving the community through organizations such as Froedert Hospital, Milwaukee Arts Board and the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. Off work, he enjoys time with his two teenage kids, playing piano, watercolor and marker painting, golf and skiing.

Ryan Thacker
Project Manager
Ryan has experience working on various project types including civic, education, higher education, and corporate. In addition to his in-depth project experience, Ryan has served as lead project architect on both large and small projects and has also led the construction administration for several complex projects. A self-described conservationist, his professional interests lay in sustainable building design, native landscaping, and rigorous detailing.
Ryan currently resides in the Bay View neighborhood on Milwaukee’s south side with his wife, children and two coonhounds. In his free time Ryan enjoys bicycling, woodworking, flshing and other outdoor activities. -

Ryan Baumer
Project Manager
Ryan brings nine years of Architectural experience from a multitude of Residential and Commerical projects from their intial design to the final construction. Ryan is a proud resident of the Riverwest neighbhood, drawn to this diverse community by the comfortable
attitudes shared by its residence.In his free time, you can find him enjoying the outdoors biking, skiing, camping or taking in some music in the sun.

Douglas Forton
Architect/Designer
Douglas brings a wealth of experience with educational, recreation and public facilities. He has performed as lead design architect on schools, community centers, recreational facilities, police stations and City Halls. He also has expertise with college campus master planning and is adept at integrating the many elements of a college into a cohesive long-term growth plan. Douglas is very versed in Revit BIM software along with visualization techniques.

Tom Mallmann
Architect/Designer
Tom brings 7 years of experience working with a multitude of project types from residential to commercial and industrial. He has project experience in residential, multi-unit housing, hospitality, retail and industrial areas. Tom’s professional interests include green architecture with an emphasis on sustainable design, recycling and using local sources of materials to reduce the impact of the act of building.
In his off time, Tom enjoys renovating his 1920's era Bay View home, woodworking, camping and bicycling.

Gustavo Alanis
Designer
Gustavo is a recent graduate from the Milwaukee School of Engineering and brings with him extensive Building Information Modeling experience. His knowledge in Autodesk Revit and other BIM software has allowed clients to fully visualize and experience their buildings before they are even built. Interested in green building and architecture, he looks forward to expand his knowledge by working with others who already have that expertise.
He enjoys paintballing, watching movies, listening to music, and boating. -

Lisa Morgen
Interior Designer
Lisa is an interior designer with experience in the healthcare, corporate and educational markets. She is versed in project management, programming, space planning, furniture and finish selections, AutoCAD and the development of standards. Her work includes the renovation of lobbies, offices, exam rooms, higher education classrooms and innovation showcases.
In her free time, she enjoys hiking, cross-country skiing, yoga, and photography.
