Barrientos Design completed a program for vacation condominium homes, club house and recreation center, conference hotel and guest services, visitor and sales center, cultural and dance performance center, and an Artisan’s Farmers’ Market for the Ho-Chunk Tribe.
The vacation housing will be clustered into five villages, with the villages radiating off one looped road that will be dedicated to the residents. There would be three types of available housing: 3-story condo flats at the center of the cluster, followed by town homes, then duplexes followed by single family structures on the outer edges.
Located at the center of the village loop will be the club house and recreation center. The club house would include a living room commons, central fireplace hall, game rooms (pool table and arcade), snack concessions, rental hall, exercise rooms (aerobics, yoga), recreational center staff offices and an outdoor pool and adjacent splash pool.
