Barrientos Design completed Architectural design of four 46-unit apartment buildings combined with retail and community space (Building AB) on the first floor. This project is part of an overall revitalization redevelopment effort of an abandoned factory plant in central West Allis, refereed to as the Six Points Neighborhood. The apartments are market rate and range in size from 800-square feet to 1100-square feet. The upper level unit decks overlook the newly renovated West Allis Farmer’s Market.
The community space involves a recreation deck, a Great Room Lounge, Media Room, Exercise Room and offices for the building management.
